Every appointment includes
Administration, assessment, evaluation, treatment and patient education — all within your booked appointment time.
Treatment style: deep tissue and sports massage, with training in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).
Maintenance & wellness
Regular sessions to help you maintain the progress you've made and stay ahead of recurring tightness, supported by stretches you can do at home.

Yes — new patients are currently being accepted. New patients pay the full fee of service in advance as a deposit; if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit is fully refunded.

Direct billing is available to many extended health insurers. Bring your extended health benefits information to your appointment. Plans differ, so a co-payment or deductible may apply, and you are responsible for any amount your insurer does not cover.

Every appointment includes administration, assessment, evaluation, hands-on treatment, and patient education within the booked time. Treatment is individualized after a thorough assessment, and you may be given a stretch or exercise to continue at home.

At least 24 hours' notice is required. Missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, are charged the full cost of the treatment as booked. Cancel by phone at 604-370-0350, in person, or through the online booking link.
